For non-defective items returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition, you will be refunded or credited for the entire purchase price, less shipping charges. Un-used, non-defective items outside the original package that are not deemed to be re-saleable are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. Computer software, books, and custom/special orders will not be accepted for return.
